Ella is doing much better!
Posted on September 08, 2010 by Marlies in Happy Endings, News | No Comments
Two weeks ago we wrote about Ella. This little dog was found Ella in the drop off cage. She was covered with ticks.
After intensive treatment, she’s doing much better. On the picture you can see Ella with Katie Flynn from San Mateo, California. Katie is a regular visitor to Bonaire for fifteen years. She donated the Ivomec which we use to cure mange and keep the dogs tick-free.

Thanks Katie for helping us treat dogs like Ella!
Adoption of Edgar and Eveline

Congratulations to new owners Nuria and Leon of Sunshine Pool Care photographed right after they adopted these two darling little pups, brother and sister, Edgar and Eveline.
The nine week old puppies were brought into the Bonaire Animal Shelter along with their mother, “Kaya” (so named because she was a street dog) and seven other brothers and sisters. The seven others died but Mom “Kaya” has already been adopted.
All the best to the new family unit.

Esthi from Switzerland adopted at about 5 years a dog from the Bonaire Animal shelter. She took the dog, called Bony, back to Switzerland. Bony loves the snow and the both of them are very happy.
Since Esthi has the dog, she always collects money in her Sportshop. During the 5 years Esthi and Bony collected at $2000,-
Thank you very much Esthi and Bony for your donation!
