Otis is a sweet young dog with an expectant character. He will wait a while at first, but once he trusts you, his playful and energetic side will come to the fore. He ended up at the shelter with his sister Osha. The two are very fond of each other and enjoy hanging out together. Otis loves running, exploring and cuddles – but at his own pace. If you give him the time to get to know you, you will get a loyal and cheerful friend in return.
