The Shelter has a cheerful market stall at Wilhelminaplein whenever cruise ships arrive on Bonaire. We sell donated gift items, art work and Shelter t-shirts while sharing our story with visitors from all over the world. Every dollar we raise goes directly to the care of the dogs and cats at Animal Shelter Bonaire. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy selling, chatting and helping out on these special days.

What will you do?

• Help set up and arrange the stall (if you can’t spend the whole day at the stall, we can also really use some strong hands to set up and tear down the tents on cruise ship days)
• Sell items and collect/encourage donations
• Let visitors know about the shelter and our work
• Work together with other volunteers to create a friendly atmosphere

What do we expect from you?

• You have an open and enthusiastic attitude
• You enjoy meeting and talking to people
• You are available on one or more cruise days
